Responsibilities:
- Serve as West Coast customer support
- Work closely with Sparks Nevada DC team
- Answer inbound phone calls in a timely professional manner.
- Effectively develop rapport to establish potential client relationships.
- Timely follow up of Sales Representative request or customer request.
- Effective and professional communication with customers and Sales team.
- Professionally and effectively solve customer immediate problems.
- Professionally and effectively answer incoming E-Commerce Chats from customers.
- Professionally and effectively answer incoming ProKeep Texts from the Sales team.
- Other additional tasks as needed.
What You Will Bring:
- Computer skills, including familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the internet.
- Skilled in product knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and customer management skills.
- Ability to remain objective in stressful situations.
- Ability to operate as a problem solver/facilitator.
