The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function and that it is aligned with strategic objectives of the company.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Developing job descriptions and specifications
Posting job advertisements on various platforms
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting interviews and assessments
Coordinating with department heads to select the best candidates
Managing the offer process and onboarding new hires
Reporting & KPIs
Monthly reporting of key performance indicators including headcount, productivity, and fluctuation
Preparation and presentation in Powerpoint of monthly figures to the management team
Supporting other reporting requirements including headcount forecasting, sustainability reporting and other compliance topics to applicable agencies.
Employee Engagement and Retention
Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
Support in conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys
Organizing team-building activities and events
Implementing recognition and reward programs
Manage international transfers and compliance checks
Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts
Training and Development
Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback
Develop and implement training programs and workshops
Coordinate with external trainers and consultants
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement
Performance Management
Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems
Setting clear performance expectations and goals
Conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
Identifying areas for improvement and providing necessary support
Managing promotions, pay raises, and performance incentives
Compliance and Legal Responsibilities
Keeping up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations
Ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards
Managing employee records and ensuring data privacy
Handling disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with legal standards
Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies
Compensation and Benefits
Developing and managing compensation structures
Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking against industry standards
Ensuring fair and equitable pay practices
Managing payroll processes and resolving related issues
Reviewing and approving bi-weekly payroll
Reviewing and approving time off including PTO, Sick, Bereavement, Other
Strategic HR Planning
Developing HR strategies and policies that support organizational objectives
Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes
Analyzing workforce trends and forecasting future HR needs
Implementing succession planning and talent management initiatives
Collaborating with global management to drive organizational change
Education :
