What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Wycliff Douglas Provisions?
This is an entry level position and we will train. This position is located in Mesquite, TX.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete visitor paperwork, check IDs and announce visitors, escorting as necessary
- Accept/deliver packages
- Set up/confirm interviews
- Onboard new employees, confirming all required paperwork and training is completed
- Confirm and approve timesheets for multiple shifts
- Track breaks and meal periods
- Organize breakroom
- Translate (English/Spanish) as necessary (written and verbal)
- File incident reports when necessary
- Assist in employee investigations as necessary
- Track and file paperwork and reports
Qualifications
- Ability to speak and write in English required,
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish required
- Microsoft Office skills necessary
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality required
- Sense of urgency required
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow up on others necessary
- Previous manufacturing experience desired but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
