Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage office correspondence and documentation
- Support office management with various administrative tasks
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Utilize computer skills to handle office tasks effectively
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in an receptioinist/administrative role is preferred
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
