Overview
The Regional Vice President (RVP) plays a critical leadership role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our organization within a designated region. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, sales, and customer service initiatives to ensure the achievement of company goals.

Duties

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee technical sales initiatives, ensuring that the team effectively communicates product value to clients.
  • Foster relationships with key accounts through effective account management practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing customer interactions, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met across all regional operations.

  • Proven experience in technical sales and outside sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Strong business development skills, demonstrating an ability to identify new market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in account management practices that drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective sales management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
