Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our non-profit Certified Development Company operations and staff.
- The ideal candidate will develop and maintain organizational processes for delivering loan programs, including the SBA 504, to Wyoming small businesses.
- Business development through Statewide marketing, networking, promotion of organization and loan programs is also key.
- Growing and diversifying revenue streams, loan programs, and partnerships that increase the statewide presence is crucial.
- Communicating with Board of Directors and ensuring Board members are kept apprised of operations is essential.
- Strategic planning for organizational growth in consultation with the Board of Directors is vital.
- Maintaining compliance with all organizational and SBA policies as well as state and federal requirements is mandatory.
- Developing and managing annual budget, overseeing finances and bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and reviewing loan applications are also responsibilities.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial real estate, or a related field is required.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, business development and organizational leadership skills, and SBA lending experience are preferred.
