A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial real estate, or a related field is required.
They should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, business development and organizational leadership skills, and SBA lending experience.
As a strategic thinker, our ideal candidate will be able to grow and diversify revenue streams, loan programs, and partnerships to increase the statewide presence.
They should be able to communicate effectively with Board of Directors and ensure they are informed of operations.
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, our ideal candidate will be able to plan and prepare materials for organizational needs, staff development, and quarterly board meetings.
They should be able to present credit requests to the Credit Committee and facilitate strategic planning for organizational growth.
