We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to grow X by 2's recruiting efforts. Our ideal candidate is relationship-driven and tech-savvy, demonstrates an ability to learn, and enjoys trying out new ways to attract top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full candidate life cycle from application review through offer conversation coordination
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with passive candidates
- Organize, attend, and run recruiting events such as virtual and on-site career fairs
- Provide new ideas and insights to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
- Update and maintain candidate database
Qualifications
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently, organize/prioritize work responsibilities and tasks, and execute work plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Prior recruiting experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position upon start date
