We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to grow X by 2's recruiting efforts. Our ideal candidate is relationship-driven and tech-savvy, demonstrates an ability to learn, and enjoys trying out new ways to attract top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full candidate life cycle from application review through offer conversation coordination
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with passive candidates
  • Organize, attend, and run recruiting events such as virtual and on-site career fairs
  • Provide new ideas and insights to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Update and maintain candidate database

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, organize/prioritize work responsibilities and tasks, and execute work plans
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior recruiting experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position upon start date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
