Equipment Specialist, USMC Infantry Weapons
Location: On-Site Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA
General
X Corp Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking an Equipment Specialist, USMC Infantry Weapons in support of the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Product Manager (PdM), Infantry Weapons at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, GA.
Primary duties include (but not limited to):
- Provide logistics support for acquisition and sustainment of PdM Infantry Weapon systems.
- Assists with development, revision, and update of acquisition documentation to include Operation Manuals, Technical Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Supply Instructions, Modification Instructions, and SL-3’s.
- Assist with initial provisioning and fielding of new equipment to include new equipment asset management and inventory control.
- Prepare Table of Allocated Materiel Control Number (TAMCN) Summary Reports.
- Conduct Joint Limited Technical Inspections (JLTIs) for PM Infantry Weapon systems.
- Manage and track Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs), NAVMC 10772s, and DLA Form 339s.
- Coordinate with DLA and TMO for equipment being issued to using units.
- Conduct physical inventories and update Inventory Tracker and Library.
- Prepare and submit Monthly Asset Reports, Temporary Storage Reports, and Fielding Status Reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance (Current Secret Clearance Desired).
- High School Graduate with 5 years’ relevant experience in USMC Logistics, Maintenance Management, and Supply Chain Management operations.
- Must have experience with GCSS-MC, CATALYST, PDREP, Stock Control System, and other Marine Corps/DoD logistics information systems.
- Must have knowledge of USMC Infantry Weapons.
- Must have experience with fielding and sustainment activities for USMC equipment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and physically capable of lifting items up to 40 pounds.
Desired Experience:
- Experience supporting Marine Corps Systems Command or Marine Corps Logistics Command as an Equipment Specialist.
