We are seeking an experienced Flight Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain real-time flight simulation systems under increased project demands. Key Responsibilities :
Simulation Development : Design, implement, and optimize real-time flight simulation models and algorithms.
Systems Integration : Work closely with mechanical engineering and software teams to integrate simulation modules with broader system architectures.
Testing & Troubleshooting : Lead testing efforts, diagnose issues, and implement enhancements to ensure simulation accuracy and reliability.
Collaboration : Communicate effectively with project managers, government contractors, and remote team members to meet project milestones.
Process Improvement : Contribute to the evolution of simulation processes, adapting to increased workloads and new operational strategies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5 years) in flight simulation development or similar real-time systems engineering.
Familiarity with simulation software, real-time operating systems, and modern troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Experience with government contracting or exposure to governmental engineering practices is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid settings.
