Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in connecting with diverse candidate pools. You will play a critical role in enhancing our talent management strategies and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive HR sourcing to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment efforts.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Foster strong employee relations by maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on succession planning.
• Participate in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions within the organization.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Experience

• Proven experience in talent management and human resources is preferred.
• Familiarity with interviewing techniques and best practices in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability in succession planning and executive recruiting is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and another language are required.
• A proactive approach to lead generation and candidate engagement is essential.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
