About the role. We seek a strategic and data-driven Product Growth Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will own multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, content marketing, and product-led growth strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring our messaging resonates with customers while maximizing performance. You will spearhead:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution. Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, organic channels, email, and website content to drive growth.
- Performance Marketing & Paid Media. Manage PPC, social, and marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing for ROI, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
- Product Marketing Alignment. Collaborate with the product team to develop marketing strategies that support new feature launches, user education, and engagement.
- SEO & Content Strategy. Enhance organic visibility, improve on-site content, and develop compelling narratives that support acquisition efforts.
- Data-Driven Optimization. Analyze Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing performance dashboards to assess campaign success, run A/B tests, and refine messaging and targeting.
- Creative & Messaging Development. Partner with design and creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets that align with our brand and conversion goals.
- Customer Insights & Market Research. Use customer feedback, surveys, and industry research to refine marketing strategies and improve positioning.
- Cross-function Collaboration. Work closely with product, growth, and sales teams to align messaging and marketing efforts across all channels.
- You ideally have a degree in a related field or a combination of education and work experience that will allow the candidate to be successful.
- 3-5 years of product or marketing experience, preferably in digital, performance, or product marketing.
- Proven success in running paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and display networks).
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that blends marketing and product strategy.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation.
- A strong eye for design and brand aesthetics to ensure marketing materials are visually compelling and conversion-focused.

- The range in Colorado for this position is $110,000-$140,000. The actual starting salary may vary based on location, work experience, and skills.
