We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage schedules and calendars for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training development as needed.
  • Handle phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office and with clients.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
  • Implement office management procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with medical office management tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Strong schedule management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in calendar management to coordinate meetings seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff and clients.
  • Experience in training development to support staff growth and performance.
