Marketing Manager Job Description
Reports to property’s General Manager with support from our corporate operations team.
SUMMARY: A marketing manager in property management is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
OVERALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
- Executing on branding, marketing, and leasing strategy for the property
- Implementing and measuring the success of leasing programs
- Tracking obstacles to leasing and providing actionable feedback
- Coordinating, managing, and training leasing staff
- Setting and communicating weekly leasing goals to leasing team
- Lead generation (digital and traditional)
- Online Reputation Management
- Daily prospect follow-up management
- Customer service management
- Resident Communications Relationship building (university, B2B, student groups)
- Tracking market performance and performance driving elements
- Tracking performance of marketing mediums and optimizing accordingly
- Reporting – leasing and market
- Marketing budget management
Job Type: Full-time
Required experience:
- Property Management: 2 years
- Knowledge of Entrata is a plus
Required education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
