General Summary
Executive Assistant to the ELT and also provides some support to the broader CEO staff. Concurrently this person would work with the ELT to set travel policy and then audit and enforce the policy once established.
EA Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities :
- Coordinating executive schedules and calendars with the Board, customers and partners
- Coordinating Townhall, planning, program review and other executive-level meetings
- Critical call pick-up when ELT members are busy or traveling, works to get critical items covered by the appropriate department head.
- Typical EA activities as needed including but not limited to drafting emails, reviewing and editing documents, research, entering expense reports, and organizing and filing
- Coordinating travel of the SLT team as well as group / team travel when over 5 persons
- Office Manager for HQ location in Schaumburg, IL.
