We need an Affiliate & Influencer Manager who knows how to turn creators into superfans and drive real revenue through influencer & affiliate partnerships.

This role is all about scaling our influencer and affiliate marketing programs—recruiting top creators, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and leveraging platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and direct brand partnerships. You’ll play a key role in expanding XMONDO’s creator network while ensuring our partnerships drive sales, not just views.

What You’ll Do

Affiliate Marketing & Growth

• Develop & scale XMONDO’s affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Amazon Affiliates, and direct brand partnerships.

• Recruit high-performing affiliates & brand fans who align with our vision.

• Define commission structures, incentives, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.

• Provide affiliates with brand assets, custom discount codes, and strategic guidance to maximize impact.

• Analyze performance data and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates and ROI.

Influencer Marketing & UGC Strategy

• Find & vet influencers who authentically align with XMONDO’s brand, aesthetic, and mission.

• Manage contracts, negotiations, and deliverables for influencer partnerships.

• Own product gifting & seeding campaigns, ensuring influencers receive and showcase XMONDO products effectively.

• Manage UGC campaigns, ensuring high-quality content is created and leveraged across platforms.

• Collaborate with the content team to maximize influencer-driven assets for paid and organic marketing.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track pipeline (lead generation) performance from affiliates & influencers.

• Use analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance—sales, engagement, and ROI.

• Continuously test and iterate strategies based on data insights.

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
• Proven track record in scaling affiliate/influencer programs & driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Affiliates, Shopify Collabs, and other performance-driven platforms.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to track performance and optimize for growth.
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
