Position Overview:
As a Field Marketing Manager, your focus will be on generating high-quality leads that contribute to our success. We seek an individual who is driven, outgoing, and eager to learn, with the ability to communicate our company’s vision with enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
Achieve a target of generating 18 leads per week, with a goal of 2 leads per hour.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality aligns with our business objectives.
Maintain high energy and positivity while effectively communicating with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Driven and outgoing personality with a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey our company’s vision clearly.
Previous experience in lead generation or sales is a plus, but not required.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role.
Work Schedule:
Availability for a total of 9 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from either 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
Compensation:
Competitive pay, $20/Hr Commission
