Summary:
XPEL is seeking Talent Acquisition Manger to lead our global talent acquisition team of internal recruiters. This team provides wing to wing recruiting as well as offer letters and onboarding setup.
Core Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of global recruitment process
- Manage a team of recruiters and dotted line HR generalists outside the US.
- Make recommendations on recruitment strategy for each level in the organization
- Continuously evaluates processes and recommends and implements upgrades in Workday
- Collects and analyzes recruiting metrics to benchmark XPEL to competitors and recommend solutions for process improvements and efficiency.
- Partners with People Partners on compensation structure for roles.
- Oversee background checks, and employee onboarding and set up.
- Approves offer letters and contracts.
- Assists is salary and benefit negotiations and makes recommendations on salary and benefit enhancements to attract top talent.
- Establishes process and is a mentor to management in recruiting best practices and educates the workforce on conducting interviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with at least 3 years' experience with Workday Recruiting (preference for Recruiting Admin experience)
- Ideal candidate will have had similar responsibilities for Company of 500 employees, ideally with both a domestic and international footprint
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Exposure to sensitive information, requiring considerable professionalism, discretion, and good judgment
- Comfortable solving daily problems and bringing resolution without additional guidance needed
- Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
