- AP & AR Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports to track financial performance and outstanding balances, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor cash flow trends, providing insights for better treasury management.
- New Acquisition Support: Set up newly acquired entities in Intacct and ensure seamless financial integration.
- Banking & Treasury: Open and manage WSFS Operating and Permit bank accounts for new entities. Process check runs and ensure timely payments.
- Credit Card Administration: Order and manage company credit cards, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial and administrative processes, improving accuracy and speed.
- Problem-Solving & Cross-Functional Support: Understand the complexities of finance operations and proactively connect the dots across systems and teams to improve workflows.
