This position plays a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring accurate and efficient document management and collaboration with legal and law enforcement professionals. Key Responsibilities: Produce, review, and distribute specialized legal documents.Enter and maintain data in confidential databases.Analyze case files for potential conflicts of interest.Image and organize police reports, evidence, and legal documents for internal use and distribution.Coordinate workflow issues with internal departments, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and paralegals.Qualifications: Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED AND four (4) years of general office or specialized experience; ORAn equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills to perform the job effectively.Required: Successful completion of a criminal background investigation, fingerprinting, and general employment verification.Preferred: Legal or court experience.Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.Why Join Us?Become part of a dedicated team contributing to the fair administration of justice in Yakima County.
