Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage Office / Lab day-to-day operations.
- Recurring PD division/project financial analysis and report to PD executive management.
- Recurring analysis and report of various metrics as needed to PD senior management.
- Proposing, maintaining, and enforcing policies and procedures for use by the PD team.
- Manage common equipment acquisition and maintenance for the PD Divisions.
- Support as a backup role for Administrative Assistant and Lab Coordinator.
- Investigate and propose improvements in the PD Office and Lab environments to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent MS Office application skills and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent financial analysis capabilities.
- Excellent ability to communicate financials / office status with upper management.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to develop plans 1-3 years in advance of implementation.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Experience working with engineering teams.
- Experience coordinating with contractors.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-year college degree or equivalent experience related to business administration.
- At least 3 years office and lab administrative experience
- Primarily office environment and secondarily Lab environment.
