About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead and direct our routine human resources functions at our assigned branch/department.
- Oversight of the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Management of employee disciplinary procedures and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Implementation of performance evaluation programs and analysis of their effectiveness.
- Identification of training needs and creation or coordination of development programs.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, they should possess:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics and the ability to impact them.
