Human Resources Manager Role
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and direct routine HR functions at our assigned branch/department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee disciplinary procedures and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Implement performance evaluation program and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Identify training needs and create or coordinate development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning ability.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Intermediate computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish).
