What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Director position at Yancy Forums?
Yancy Forums, a CT-based company, is seeking a Sales Director. Our core product brings groups of professional ls together, who meet once a month, to share and discuss issues and ideas that are very important to them. These groups all share some type of commonality, such as being doctors, school superintendents, or C-level executives. The structured meetings are confidential and paid for by their employer, who benefits by having an employee who has a place to meet with peers and discuss topics that they can’t otherwise, resulting in them being happier, more satisfied, more confident, and feeling more connected to the company. Customers, utilizing a proprietary framework and process, report benefits including working through issues with peers, fostering camaraderie, knowing they are not alone, experiencing a greater sense of belonging, building trust within their organization, having more confidence in their leadership, feeling more connected, and achieving professional fulfillment.
What we are looking for
-This is a general sales role targeting leadership roles within the healthcare industry
-We have extended our entry into the healthcare sector with Yale New Haven Health (YNHH). We see to expand to additional medical networks in the Northeast beyond YNNH
Responsibilities:
Makes outbound calls to prospects using their own contacts and Yancy Forums provided leads and qualifiesthemBooks prospect sales meetings
-Presents Yancy Forums offering, virtually or in-person (may be in combination with other Yancy Forum team members)
-Documents calls/notes/status using HubSpot, which is our CRM (Yancy Forums will provide orientation into our CRM process and defined sales stages)
-Closes and writes business
Yancy Forums Provides:
-Initial orientation to the company, target industry, its products, and processes.
-A sales presentation, sales sheets, case studies, white papers, and pricing calculator for sales supportCompany email and other tools to aid in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing of business Sales Goal and Compensation Package:
-2025 sales goal: $1.5 million in new and renewal business within the healthcare sector
-Compensation: A commission basis at a rate of 20% of gross contract revenue for new customer business and10% for renewal business. Commissions will be paid on a cash basis within two weeks of the date on which payment is received from the customer
Qualifications:
-Experience with CRM software and sales tools, HubSpot preferred
-Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
