Flushing dynamic and boutique law firm specializing in real estate is looking for a Bilingual (English/Chinese Languages) Real Estate Attorney with 1-3 years prior experience. Opportunity to train for those law graduates who have passed NYS Bar Exam, however.
This candidate’s primary responsibilities would be handling residential real estate transactions from term sheet to closing for sellers, purchasers, and borrowers. Would assist with conducting legal due diligence, which includes reviewing and analyzing coop/condo financial statements, board minutes, offering plan, title and survey. Must have excellent judgement, strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
Requirement:
- Must be admitted in New York;
- Substantial experience in working on all facets of real-estate transactions
· Strong negotiating skills, excellent analytical and research skills; and
- Ability to independently multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Salary : $65,000 - $125,000
