Responsibilities include:
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with people (staff and clients); great customer service skills
- Opening/Closing duties
- Able to use computer systems
- Answering multiple phone lines, taking messages: refill requests and medical questions
- Communicating with clients protocols, expectations for appointments, updates, directions, etc.
- Scheduling
- Checking in and out patients/clients, processing payments
- Food information and sales
- Ability to lift 50#
- Filing charts, updating client information, documentation
- Must be able to multitask and be organized
- Triage patients over phone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 30 per week
