We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for our parts warehouse in Bensalem, PA. The ideal candidate will have worked previously in a shipping department and a clean driving record is a must. The hours are 8:30AM-5PM.
Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand 8 hours per day, reach with hands and arms, and stoop and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for our parts warehouse in Bensalem, PA. The ideal candidate will have worked previously in a shipping department and a clean driving record is a must. The hours are 8:30AM-5PM.
Responsibilities
- Pull product from storage and prepare for shipment
- Count and verify part quantities
- Stack cartons on skids, stretch wrap skids, and identify contents
- May be required to prepare shipping documents and contact carriers for pick-up of shipments
- Load / unload trucks
- Enter received items into the system and store in proper location
- Participate in month-end and year-end physical inventory
- Keep warehouse organized, clean and in good condition
- Follow safety rules such as proper lifting techniques, and use equipment safely
- Operate forklift safely. We will provide training
- Work to accomplish company inventory accuracy goals
- Work with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or GED
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow outlined procedures and processes
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience with using FedEx and UPS
- Operate sit down and stand-up forklifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to count, verify, and key on hand quantities into the system
