Full Time Harley-Davidson Sales Associate

Yeager’s Cycle is seeking a Full-Time Motorcycle Sales Associate. Experience is not required or even sought after. The most appealing attribute you can have is a strong work ethic. Motorcycle license preferred. You will be required to ride motorcycles for test riding. We are willing to put our new hires through a rider safety course.

What we're looking for:

1. Work ethic. Be willing to put in the work for the reward.

2. Professional. Someone who understands the importance of showing up in a professional manner in person, on the phone and through email communication. Basic computer skills are a must.

3. The ability to follow directions and a willingness to learn.

4. Patience. There's no such thing as overnight success. You'll need to be willing to put in the time to learn the skills it takes to be successful in this industry.

5. Positive attitude. Negativity will not be tolerated in any form.

6. Ability to work a retail schedule including some Saturdays and Holidays.

7. MUST have a smartphone

Born out of a love for motorcycles, Jr and Mary Lou Yeager opened a small motorcycle repair shop in downtown Sedalia, Missouri in 1956. They were humble people, who believed in working hard and treating people right. Over the years, Yeager’s Cycle has grown into one of the most loved and respected family-owned Powersports dealerships in Mid-West.
