Launch Your Finance Career with Year Up United
Year Up United's Financial Advisory Career Training Program is designed to provide young adults with a comprehensive, intensive job training experience. Through our program, you will engage in skill development classes, receive personalized mentorship, and have access to internships and job placement services.
Our program offers a unique combination of technical and professional training, as well as access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement. You may be placed at Bank of America or JPMorgan Chase among other leading organizations.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be 18-29 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the program
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. You will also participate in in-depth classes, including Banking & Customer Success.
