Position Summary
As a Customer Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers experience the maximum benefit from Yes Energy’s Bid-to-Bill and ETRM products. You will be part of the team that executes a proactive approach to ensuring our customers continually and increasingly receive value.

Salary range : $75,000 - $100,000
Location : Boulder, CO, Glendora, CA, Richmond, VA

Reporting to : Director, Trade and Risk Products
Travel expectations : minimum 10%-15%
Primary Responsibilities
Build active and meaningful relationships with customers - establishing yourself as a trusted / strategic advisor to understand optimal workflows and collecting insights to ensure product adoption and continued value from our products.
Support customers during initial product adoption to ensure they use our products to their fullest potential.
Deliver effective customized training based on customer needs and use cases.
Develop and implement metrics to measure and improve customer engagement and maximize the customer’s value from Yes Energy products.
Work closely with customers to increase usage and provide feedback around new features.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for products.
Travel - minimum travel is 10-15%.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with customer success strategies, technical support / helpdesk, and / or technical sales roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, technology or finance-related field is preferred
Energy industry experience or experience working with Bid-to-Bill, ETRM, or CTRM systems.
Experience using SQL and / or Python and familiarity with APIs.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with technical analysis skills.
Effective listener who can get to the root of customer problems / needs.
Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Strong self-awareness and social skills to handle difficult situations with empathy and composure
Have a consulting mindset to show up with curiosity, seeking to understand customers’ needs.
