Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Membership Representative at YMCA of Greater New York located in Brooklyn, NY. The Membership Representative will be responsible for tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and negotiation on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Negotiation skills
- Training experience beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
