Overview
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Welcome Desk Representative will work directly with families on program registration and accounts for all YMCA of Northern Utah.

Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face conversations
- Provide accurate information on program offerings and schedules
- Manage customer accounts, including receiving payments
- Assist in completing reports and updating records
- Use Customer Services best practices to provide an engaging experience for all
- Assist with check in and out at camp
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Ability to pass Department of Child Care Licensing fingerprinting and background check
- Proven track record of developing authentic and deepened relationships with others
- Highly proficient in Google Platform
