Qualifications
- Proven experience in membership management, customer service, or community engagement, preferably in a YMCA or similar organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with members and staff.
- Experience with staff hiring, training, and performance management.
- Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
