Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to meet Maine Childcare Facility Licensing standards for a Director.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivation and excellent decision making skills.
- Proficiency in software systems and detail-oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Commitment to team and to equity, inclusion, and the YMCA's mission.
