Yoder’s Country Market is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers, answer incoming phone calls, respond to customers’ questions about specific products, services or promotions, and process purchases and return transactions at the register. Other responsibilities include dealing with customer feedback and general inquiries, as well as acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Store opening and or closing duties.
Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. The successful candidate must be friendly, courteous, tactful and maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers. Must possess good oral and written communication skills, and good organizational skills. Must be dependable, flexible to work various shifts, and maintain a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
