Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA), an RPO and Recruitment Marketing Company, is seeking a personable and outgoing Customer Service Representative in the Ephrata, PA area. This position will be onsite and reporting to one of our reputable business Owners. In this role you will be an integral aspect of the team.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ephrata, PA
Hours: Monday through Friday 9-5pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the company and be the primary point of contact for customers
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls, while the primary job task is booking service calls for the company and resolving customer relations in a professional manner
- The CSR will interact with not only the customers but the field personnel
What We’re Looking for:
- Minimally 1 year of customer service-based experience required
- An outgoing and positive personality with a “can do” attitude
- Being comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- The ability to follow a script
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- The ability to successfully pass a drug and background check
- Bilingual a plus, not required
Salary : $15 - $17
