Job Summary : The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in agency and corporate branding, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand and market position.
Oversee all aspects of corporate branding, including brand messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on agency and corporate branding.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Superior understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Ability to analyze data and report results. Excel power-user, familiar with marketing dashboards.
Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, WP Engine, Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Adobe Acrobat.
Experience in budget management and reconciliation.
Experience managing a team.
Understanding of creative processes and project timelines.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business-related documents.
Ability to respond, verbally and in writing, to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and to members of the business community.
Estimated Min Rate : $130,000
Estimated Max Rate : $140,000
