Responsibilities:
- Lead HR technology initiatives, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across HR systems, data integrations, and business workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system errors, and deliver training to improve user adoption and system utilization.
- Manage system updates, perform audits, and ensure data integrity across the HR technology portfolio.
- Develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, integrations, and cross-functional projects.
- Drive innovation by recommending enhancements to existing systems or identifying new tools to align with evolving business goals.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and lead risk mitigation efforts within HR technology operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6-10 years of experience in HR technology, systems administration, or related roles.
- Expertise with enterprise HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
