Were on a mission to connect loved ones, and were looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to help grow our brand presence and engage with our audience.
We are seeking an experienced, growth-focused, hands-on Marketing Lead with a passion for driving impactful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Key Areas of Expertise:
Candidates should have experience in most of the following channels:
- Local TV Advertising:
Plan, negotiate, and execute localized TV ad campaigns that resonate with the target audience through culturally relevant content. - Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with influencers who authentically connect with the Mexican-American community, creating campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement. - Street Marketing/Activations:
Coordinate on-the-ground events and activations to boost brand visibility and facilitate sign-ups or engagement, particularly in high-traffic areas. - Digital Marketing:
Develop and manage campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and display ads, to maximize reach and engagement while optimizing for ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with urban markets, particularly in California and Texas, or other regions with significant Mexican-American populations.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with an existing network of local influencers, community leaders, or media outlets.
- Results-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Bonus: Multichannel marketing experience, integrating efforts across TV, digital, and on-the-ground activities.
