Overview:
We are an expanding international organization seeking a dynamic and self-starting HR Specialist with recruitment experience to join our team. With a focus on the European, US, and Latin American markets, this role is crucial in enhancing our global HR initiatives and cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment efforts across Europe, the US, and Latin America, identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our company culture and values, collaborating in a global team.
- Global People Operations support: Executing and managing offers, contracts, vendor and partner engagement.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating a supportive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that encourage employee growth and recognize contributions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Stay current with labor laws and best practices in the regions we operate. Develop and implement relevant HR policies that promote compliance and foster fair treatment across all levels.
- Training & Development: Design and coordinate training programs that enhance employee skills and support career development, positioning our workforce for future success.
- Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with management to assess and enhance competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to attract and retain talent in various regions.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate HR metrics, allowing for informed decision-making and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/ Peoples Operation, with specific expertise in European, US, and Latin American markets.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages relevant to our markets (Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian etc.) is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution, discipline.
