Yonkers Auto Gallery is a premier car dealership known for delivering an outstanding car-buying experience. With a vast inventory of high-quality vehicles and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team immediately.

Position Summary:

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in our dealership by managing the financing process for our customers. This position involves working closely with customers, lenders, and our sales team to secure the best financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in obtaining financing for their vehicle purchases by evaluating credit histories and presenting available financing options.
• Establish and maintain relationships with over 20 financial institutions and lenders to secure the best financing terms.
• Review and submit financing applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements.
• Negotiate financing terms and interest rates with lenders to benefit both the customer and the dealership.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of financing terms and vehicle protection products.
• Prepare and process all documentation related to vehicle financing and sales.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize the dealership's profitability through effective finance and insurance (F&I) product sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing programs, promotions, and industry trends.
• Ensure all deals are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Train and guide sales staff on best practices in finance and insurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership or related field.
• Experience with DealerTrack is a plus, though not required.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit principles, and lending practices.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and lending institutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using finance and dealership management software.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
