The Facilities Director supervises physical plant operations including all buildings and grounds, utilities, energy management systems and security systems to provide a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for library members, staff and volunteers. The Director is responsible for the scheduling and supervision of preventative maintenance and repair activities, contracted services and ensuring the physical operation of the library meets budgetary and strategic objectives. Works closely with Library Directors, management, and leadership team.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
