York Chevrolet has an opening for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team! As an Automotive Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer that chooses York Chevrolet has a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
- Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
- Help ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and positioned on lot
- Conduct trade appraisals and transport information into vehicle management system
- Desk deals, Back-Up F&I manager on days off or when on vacation, and manage retail delivery report
Qualifications:
- Must have Automotive Experience
- Must be Talented, Passionate, and Enthusiastic
- Sales Manager, F&I manager Experience and/or Used Car Manager Experience is Preferred
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Willing to work Flexible Hours
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Team Leader
