Who Are We?
You Move Me is a moving franchise & we are looking for NEW DYNAMIC crew members to join our Oklahoma City team. We primarily do home to home moves but we also do office & commercial moves too! We pride ourselves on our customer service. No previous moving experience is required. Position: Inside Sales Agent (Relocation Advisor)
Position Overview: As Relocation Advisor at You Move Me, you will collaborate closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and motivating our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring we meet revenue targets. At You Move Me, we provide a supportive work environment where you can make a significant impact and receive the tools and resources needed for your career growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, services, and availability.
- Schedule moves and maintain meticulous records in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth execution of moves.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience preferred.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
