- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and inspire a team of digital marketers fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and performance of SEO SEM paid social media email content and other paid advertising campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative brand compliance and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and goals
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in digital marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Skills: Strong expertise in SEO SEM social media email marketing content strategy and ads & analytics platforms (Google Ads Manager Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.)
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with a focus on KPIs and results
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
