We are a dynamic team of 15 agents and staff at Your DMV Team of KW Realty, dedicated to exceeding $100 million in volume for 2025. We're seeking experienced and new Full-Time Real Estate Agents who want to take their production level to the next level.
Mandatory qualifications include an active real estate license, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong negotiation skills.
As a member of our team, you'll have access to competitive commission splits, buyer and seller leads, revenue sharing opportunities, weekly high-level training, individual branded CRM website with integrated IDX, team assistant, transaction coordinator, and coaching to help you grow personally and professionally.
Main headquarters is located in Tysons Corner, VA, and this position is commission only. Our agents actively outpace the market, with an average income of $115,000.
