We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in lead acquisition, community moderation, phone communication, scheduling, and teamwork. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and ensuring a seamless experience for our participants and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Acquisition: Identify and acquire new leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Community Moderation: Engage with and moderate our online communities to foster a positive and supportive environment.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, providing information and support to potential participants and partners.
- Scheduling and Maintaining Multiple Calendars: Coordinate and manage multiple calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive customer acquisition and support approach.
