Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and possess the technical skills necessary to produce high-quality content. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create engaging videos that align with our brand's vision and objectives.

Duties

• Edit raw footage into polished video content, ensuring a cohesive narrative flow.
• Video content at different locations.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Select and incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the final product.
• Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continually improve editing skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video production processes from pre-production through post-production.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creativity under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
• Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital media and video marketing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
