Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This is a hybrid opportunity in Framingham, MA (local candidates only – must be commutable to the office).
About this Position
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support multiple recruiters across various business functions. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will assist with the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, offer letter preparation, and onboarding. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in high-volume environments and can manage multiple tasks with precision.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional employment brand experience to all candidates.
- Provide support for multiple recruiters in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Act as a liaison between recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, video, phone) across corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers.
- Draft and send offer letters, ensuring accuracy in compensation and other details.
Skills/Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Administrative roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
Additional Information
- Schedule: Core working hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (36.25-hour work week).
- Contract: 3-month contract with potential for extension based on business needs.
- Work Environment: 1-2 days per month in the office, with additional days as business needs dictate.
- Support Load: Support the workload of 3-4 recruiting partners.
Pay Range
$25/hour
