Job Description
Under the general Supervision of the Director of Facilities, maintaining all records, logs and reports.

May supervise volunteers from time to time.

Under the general Supervision of the Director of Facilities, maintaining all records, logs and reports.

May supervise volunteers from time to time.
Responsibilities And Essential Functions
- Assists inspectors and independent contractors, as needed
- Completes regularly scheduled inspections of facilities with Facilities Administrator and ensures compliance with fire, health and safety codes
- Logging information on drills, certifications, and other documentation
- Maintains grounds of YWCA facilities (mowing, raking, snow and trash removal)
- Performs group and meeting room set-ups
- Completes work orders as assigned and as prioritized by the Facilities Administrator.
- Picks up donations as needed
- Performs light maintenance and other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Minimum of High School or equivalent GED, two years experience in related field
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- Computer skills necessary with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- On call as needed
- Must maintain a valid drivers license
